Will Someone explain the usage of Flax Seed Oil for Breast Cancer?

I would like to know how to use it. Also what other usages is the oil good for.

I'm a breast cancer survivor (2 years) and we have added ground flax seed to our diet. Flax seed oil, from what I've read, has limited help but ground flax seed is a great anti-oxidant. The oil is wonderful for cooking - low in saturated oil (which is excellent). We use the ground flax seed in muffins, loaves, breakfast cereal, fruit/yogourt - basically throw in a few tablespoons into anything baked or with fruit including pancakes. The nutty flavour is great.

For the oil, I use it for low heat stir fry combinations and in salad dressing. Again, that nutty flavour is a great addition.
