Can girls under 13 get breast cancer?

my cousin feels things in her breast. But we think that jsut the way they are. Is that possible? i'm kinda scared. DOES anyway know anything about this stuff?

Those are breast bud's, which mean's as your breast's are developing you can feel them more prominentally

They are likely little cysts which a lot of girls get. Also know that her breasts are developing so she will feel odd lumps... some may feel like little grains of rice. Normal. She's ok.

Some women have naturally lumpy breasts, your friend has nothing to worry about.
