I have this lump in my breast for over 3 years, and i had no symptoms ever what are the chances i have cancer?

I would say that you are not very smart if you have known that this lump has been there for 3 years ! As per symptoms, lumps are a good symptoms right there. I hate having yearly mammograms, but I do it just for the sake of sanity and not having to write on the internet, these questions you are now asking. These are questions you should be asking a Doctor. If you don't have insurance for a mammogram, you should search the National Breast Cancer society. They may be able to offer you assistance. I know there is funding for assistance to those in need.

Just because you have no symptoms in 3 years means nothing, you may not have signs (observable signs) or symptoms (things a patient tells her doctor). Stage I means the cancer may be localized, Stage II means it has spread to muscle, Stage III spread to lungs this is when many people first see their doctor.
I understand you may be afraid but, I WORK HOSPICE, EVERY WOMAN WISHES SHE CAUGHT THE CANCER SOONER GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR NOW!

they're not very good
