My wife had Breast cancer. When she did the reconstruction the doctor did not do it right and is not fixing it


Then the doctor turned me into collections, and the procedure was not complete and not done right - we need help! My wife does not want to go out of the house . Help! What can i do. I want to sue the doctor that did the reconstruction

I am so sorry to hear about this. I think you need to consult a lawyer. Hopefully you can find one that might not charge you too much unless you win.

In the meantime, get some help against the collections people. Check out the web site below and contest the validity of the debt. Get everything in writing . Follow all the guidelines and do not pay anything on it until you talk to a lawyer.
