Chicken breast reduction? |
Does anyone else have this problem and have they found a solution? Yes try baking the whole breast because juices in the chicken will run when cut into sections once cooked Just use the pan on the stove the same way you would do a saute You might try a little salt & pepper while baking/sauteing also That should bring out the flavor while keeping in the juices while cooking Salt is also an excellent tenderizer |
