Is it possible for any woman to breastfeed her child/ren when she had an breast implant or reduction?

If the implant was placed behind the muscle wall (as most are) then it should not hinder breastfeeding.

A reduction can hinder somewhat, depending on how much breast tissue was removed and the technique the doctor used. If he/she used the "keyhole" techinque as to preserve all the nerve endings to the nipple then there's about a 50/50 chance that she can breastfeed, again it depends on how much tissue was removed.

When the breast tissue is removed in a reduction then obviously milk ducts are as well, the reason that it would hinder breastfeeding is 1.) too many milk ducts were removed or 2.) the milk ducts did not fully "reconnect" with the nipple.

I had a breast reduction after my son, before my daughter. I was not able to breast feed her, enough of the milk ducts did not reconnect with the nipple to allow adequate flow. I got milk in the ducts that were in the breast, it just had nowhere to exit through the nipple.

Of course.
