What's the difference between a breast reduction and breast lift?

How do the scars differ?
Which is cheaper?
Which one is better?
Which gives better results?

I know what they are i need to know which is best.

Reduction REDUCES

Lift LIFTS

No difference in scars (actually I laugh at the whole scar issue, a good PS and a good patient will ensure there are hardly any scars, Mederma and ScarGuard are also excellent.).

BOTH should be done.

BOTH give great results.

My reduction with lift was covered 100% by insurance!

breast reductions they reduce the size of the breasts while a lift they just raise the breasts. Some women cannot go through a lift if they breasts are huge however.

Breast reductions can leave very unattractive scarring and would typically be more expensive.

breast reduction makes the breasts smaller.

breast lift makes them perky again

as for the rest I don't know

reduction is when some is taken out lift is when its just lifted.
