Do they ask you questions about your period when you get a breast reduction? |
im only 14 and planning on getting one... Well they will need to take pictures to submit to your insurance company. When its time for surgery they will ask if you are on your period. You shouldn't be getting a breast reduction so young! Your breasts may still be developing and having one now may be useless if they continue to grow! Wait until you're at least 20 and done developing so that your results will be permanent. You will have to take of your shirt and get photos taken, and also allow the doctor to examine your breasts. They may also ask you about your periods just to make sure everything is normal. Also, you WON'T have to show your mother anything if you get the procedure done after you turn 18 |
