I want to lose my breast because it's too big but i don't want to have breast reduction?

How do i do that without the surgery?!! cuz like I'm 15 and i don't want to go into surgery.

Also i'm having back pains.
Maybe it's because of my big breast?

help please :]]]

The only way would be to lose weight, but that is ONLY if you are OVERWEIGHT.

If you are not overweight, then the ONLY option is a breast reduction covered by insurance.

Read my answer on your other question sweet heart. I hear ya. Exercise is your best bet. Also... as a future fact... Woman with big breats tend to get fiber cystic breast disease (I have this) and when you find your first lump it will scare you to death! Every month, when my period comes, the cysts enlarge and hurt so bad. They told me to watch my diet and mostly get rid of all the caffiene I drink. However I am too stubborn. But I hope you can help prevent it.

I am rooting for you all the way doll... I know how you feel.

Sending me a pic would help me answer
