Would you get a breast reduction? |
ok so i am 17 and i am a G cup. the doctor says i should wait until i stop growing which is like around 18. for me i feel that G cup is way too big and uncomfortable for me personally, emotionally, socially and physically. If you were in my shoes would you get your reduction this year or would you wait until you're 18 to get it? i should add this in because someone mentioned it. i am actually not near obesity. im actually a good weight for my age which is why this size is very annoying. Find another doctor. G cups are huge, and cause a LOT of back pain. I know its hard to hear but i would wait till i was 18. It is only one more year and it will make regrowth that much less likely. Cause you dont want to go through with the surgery and all and grow and have to have it all again when just one year later it wouldnt of been a problem. i would definately listen to your dr. as he has seen this b4 and thats the best advice you can receive.thats why he has those diplomas on the wall and he is looking out for your best interest.it may be uncomfortable for now but when the time is right the reduction will make you feel soooooo much better and guys will be looking into your eyes instead of staring at your chest.. If the doctor feels you may still grow then waiting a bit longer is probably a good idea. It won't be too much longer and that will give you time to do a bit of research and find a surgeon. I did it when I was 21 and it made an amazing difference for me. I'd do it all again. I'm happy to give you any info on my experience if you'd like, just email me. i would listen 2 the doctor....it may be uncomfortable 4 u now...but in the long run it will pay off...finish growing then get the breast reduction...doing it now in the middle of your growth could mess something up....plus i dont know if a doctor would even do it if u arent completely thru growing...bless your heart...stick with it....just one more year.... You might as well wait until you stop growing, there is no need to rush into it. If you have it now and you grow larger then you will still end up being bigger than you want to be. Wait till your 18, plus if you loose weight you will loose some cup sizes also, so I am assuming if your a G cup you must be near to obese, so try losing weight and you will lose some cup sizes, ! 18 or OLDER... I know Gs are big and hard to get nice bras and stuff... but wait a few years it's MAJOR surgery. wait til you're 18 like the Dr says. wait till 18 just to be on the safe side wait till ur 18, becaus u may still b growin. im hate my big boobs 2... |
