How do I lose weight, with emphasis on breast reduction? |
I gained 25 lbs from birth of child a year ago. I know to reduce amount of food, eat more veggies, fruits, etc. I want to know how I can actively reduce my breast size in particular. I went from D to E cup (that's DDDD). Please if anyone has had this happen and been successful, what did you do? Also how much weight loss overall made a difference in your cup size? If you are overweight working out may help. You lose weight by cutting calories. Sadly you can't direct it to a specific part of your body. |
