Should i get a breast reduction im almost a full B cup and im 14?

what?! why would you need a breast reduction. that's a good size. and you are still growing. breast reductions are for people that have sizes F's, E's, etc. Plus you don't need one when you are only 14 years old.

My advice to you is that you should NOT get a breast reduction... right now.

First of all, you are way too young. You are still developing and growing, and will be for several more years. A full B cup is normal, especially at your age. I wouldn't worry about it right now. Just enjoy being a teenager. Besides, I don't believe there is any plastic surgeon out there that would perform a breast reduction at your age, unless you had a birth defect (one breast being significantly larger than the other). And if you did find one to agree to perform the procedure, you should be wary as to their credentials and abilities as a surgeon.

Now, if you are still unhappy with your breast size when you get into your 20's, that would be the time to consider it. You'll be finished growing and will have matured enough to know if it is still something you want. If you still want it, I'd say go for it. But before you do, be certain to research your surgeon THOROUGHLY. I can't emphasize enough the imprtance of knowing your surgeon is competent and certified with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Make sure you see lots of photographs during your consult with the physician. Do not be afraid to ask any questions. A quality surgeon will patiently and thoroughly answer your questions and concerns.

No. thats crazy. You won't stop growing and changing until you are actually in your 20s. that is not big. You should exercise and eat healthy if they are growing because you are overweight. If you are older and they are too big for your body to where they are causing back and health problems, then I would talk to your doctor at that time.

No. Breast reductions can cause medical problems. An almost B cup in a 14 year old is fine. No reason to panic. =)

No way! Love your body. Plus, you are so young you don't know how your body will change. But even if it does change, it's great! Congrats!
