I just got my breast reduction yesterday. What would you suggest I eat or do to have the best possible results |
I am home this evening and then getting the tubes taken out tomorrow. Anything I should be eating or doing to help myself heal best? I am taking it easy, my husband is helping me with doing things around the house... and trying to drink lots of water and rest. Any other helpful tips? Sorry this isn't very helpful, but I just want to say congratulations to you on your BR, it's something I've been considering for a good while :) Check out this website: Nope. Fluids and Rest. Just keep the tubes cleaned out and make sure your incisions look good. I had mine done 14 years ago, would do it all over again. Went from a F cup to a large B small C. Love it. No sag, always perky and they look great (so says my husband). Ask your doctor. |
