I am wanting breast reduction, but afraid to. Can someone help with advice please?

I am seriously thinking about breast reduction. I have a size DDD. I am told by my friends and guys I should not, I should be proud of them as a lot of girls would kill to have them. I am not comfortable with them they use to never be this large. I used to have a consistent size C or D. I have been obsessively trying to loose weight in hopes that would reduce their size, but not working very well. I have been looking into the surgery for reduction. Yet, the idea of having scars from the surgery does not appeal to me and feel that would ruin the appearance. Has anyone gone through this and if so what was the outcome? Plus any other advice? I would really appreciate it!

2 of my friends have done it. If the doctor is good, they do it beautifully and the scars never show. I don't understand it though. Most guys love big breasts and for you, there are so many beautiful bras that will even reduce them 2 cups. so why, go, lie under the knife?
But, If you decide, to do it, find a good doctor that you can trust , and there won't be scars, not just any aesthetics doctor.

It is very rewarding to get this done, especially if you have back pain. I went through it Feb 2006 and would do it again if I had to.

Scarring, is laughable! A good PS and a good patient ensures scars are not that noticeable. Plus I'd rather have scars and NO back pain over no scars and severe back pain!

I also used Mederma and Scarguard, and you can barely tell they are there.

I had a friend get a reduction and she is so happy with it. She was a size J and had horrible back problems, always had to wear two bras, etc. If they're to the point that they're causing you physical pain and problems you should definitely do it. A couple weeks of discomfort versus living with pain for years and years seems worth it to me!

Not knowing your age, it's hard to tell you or advise you as to what's best for you. Breast reduction is major surgery. Scarring??? YES. Go to any breast enhancement site , there they have before and after photos of ladies before and after enlargement and reduction surgery. Looks to me that scarring is a problem.
Make sure you have a good support bra. None of them are very sexy, but from your question you need relief from the backaches and shoulder pain.
You might want to consult a doctor.
Good Luck.
Good Luck

Their beautiful baby, just like any other girls, trust me, I've seen bigger, a whole lot bigger!!!

What with the number-line thing.

This whole measurement industry is nuts.
