BREAST REDUCTION..One more time any help tips storys good bad experiences? I am getting it done next week?

very nervous Please share your experience! thanks!!

i had the surgery in october and had a wonderful experience. the only problem i had was the anesthesia. it made hot and nauseous and i couldn't keep food down. once they gave me a suppository i was fine. the ride home from the hospital was the most painful, the bouncing in the car hurt. once home, i took the drugs prescribed. on the 3rd day i was finally able to sleep in a bed, but other than that, i spent most of my time in a recliner. it was the most comfortable.
i am now exactly 1 month post surgery and though i am still in a little bit of pain, it was the best thing i ever did.

i would also suggest you keep ice packs, i held them on my chest all day long. it helped with the pain and swelling. did your doctor give you arnica montana? ask him about it. it's a natural supplement that helps with bruising. i started taking it 2 days prior to surgery and a week later when my bandages came off, my black and blueness were practically gone.

don't be nervous! good luck!

my sister got one about two years ago. shes extremely happy, best decision she ever made. she now is very confident with her body because before she was discouraged since her breasts made her appear stumpy. later on in life she could have developed back problems as well. im sure every thing will go smoothly. good luck

I'm getting implants done next year and I found this to be a really great site for ba experiences of all kinds. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new boobies!

Healing takes time. Wait and see what the doctor says tomorrow at your appointment. It actually IS normal. I went through it in 2006 as well.
