I need a breast reduction on the nhs do u think i will qualifiy? |
im 24 and im a 38 ff going into a g cup.I always been big busted but sice the birth of my 1st baby i went up to 38 dd and after my second boy last yr i went up to 38 ff and thats a tight fit.I have constant back pain and my posture is terrible also i have astma i find it hard in the nite as i get breathless.i also hate going out cause mem stare and make comments im really self consious i alsways wear baggy tops.DO U THINK I WOULD QUALIFY !!!!!! Yeah I think you do qualify. My friend had it done but at her first GP appointment she told her mainly about how she hated men staring and felt self conscious. The GPs answer was "how do you know that will disappear when you have a breast reduction?". She was refused the referral and had to see another doctor, she was put straight on the waiting list when she told the doctor about her backache. I'm on the waiting list too, it's really long in my area. Good luck! Ask your GP not here. You most cerainly do if it is making your life a misery. A friend of mine had hers reduced for the same reson as you. In the first instance you have got to go see your GP and stress how difficult things are for you and he/she should put you on to someone else and take it from there. Good Luck. yes my friend is on the waiting list to have hers reduced, she is 22 and a f cup, but she would probably only be a size 10 if it wasn't for her bust. she always gets stares and jokes about her boobs and she has real bad backache. Yes I think you should qualify. Damn that huge.Yes you should get a reduction because thats a little to damn big. good luck with that. I dont know much about this sort of thing but reading the information above, I cant see why they would say no! Yes, you will, unless you are overweight, in which case they might tell you to lose weight first. Yes, you're likely to get the surgery if they cause you back pain. Yes, I think you will qualify. My daughter's friend had hers reduced on the NHS yes i think you would go and see your doctor who can get you a referal. Good luck xx I'll say go for it |
