A couple questions about breast reduction surgery.? |
Im 20 years old and i am looking into a breast reduction surgery. At the moment im a 38E and i want to go down to a c. I was wondering if they will resize the nipple to match the breast and will they lift the breasts? Any tips or information on this procedure would be greatly appreciated. My mom and my sister had it done.. Yes they resize the nip but they can only take soo much out. My sister was a 32DDD and she was only able to go down to a large C. My mom was 38DD and she is at a 38C.. They don't lift the breasts, that is a completely different procedure, but you can ask your doc and see if it is possible to have it all done at once. My mom was soar for and tender about a month after, but she loves it! Be aware sometimes they have to take the nip completely off and regraft it, ( my mom n sister didnt have to have that).. But yeah they say its worth it, Im just too scared to go under the knife..! lol I can live with D's =/~ My mother had a breast reduction about 7 months ago or so, they did resize the nipple, basically they took it off during the surgery then reapplied it and made it much smaller. I am assuming they lifted them she was a 36 e and now a 36c and she can actually wear spaghetti strap shirts without a bra and she looks great! hope this helped talk to a few surgeons and your insurance company. make up a list of questions and be sure you receive all answers before leaving the office. ask your doctor/gyn for referrals. Breast reduction should be illegal. Why do you want to reduce something so beautiful? go for it |
