Just had a breast reduction operation. I like the result but my tummy is bit big,?


I just had a breast reduction operation. I like the result but my tummy is bit big, almost looks same as if i was couple months pregnant. even though im not. does any one know what would be best exercise for tummy and how long I should wait after opperation? would walking work?

Why stop with a breast reduction? Go for liposuction too!
LOL, most people who have had a BR all the sudden notice their stomach. Start walking for 30 minutes each day and working out and eating right. Wait about a week or two after surgery, and start out SLOW and easy.

hi, i hope breast reduction will be all as plastic surgery can be very addictive. for ur tommy u can do all excercises in the comfort of ur home. squatting, bycicle kick and press-up are the best excercises u can do at home. also a bit of jogging will be nice. goodluck
walking would be great, or anything else that will get you moving and boost your metabolism (running, rowing, swimming...)

for specific toning exercises try sit-ups, the plank (lie on your front supporting your weight on elbows and feet only - try 20seconds at first then build up to 90), or anything that makes your abs feel tight - swimming and press-ups will do this, especially if you concentrate on these muscles while you're doing them.

i really recommend buying a gym ball. it makes sit-ups so much more fun, and they feel more effective too.
