Breast reduction pro's con's?


I'm a 37 year old women, with large breast and I'm getting back and neck pain, and I'm thinking strong about have a breast reduction as the pain shouts down my neck and sits in the middle of my shoulder blades, I'm on the fluffer side of life, and want to hear from other women who have already ungone the surgery, if they turn back time would they go through it again? What are the pro's and con's of having the surgery? I'm all ready menaposed, so that not a worry.

There are NO CONs IMO.

I had it done Feb 2006 and don't regret it one bit.
