Breast reduction!?

UK only plz! can you get a breast reduction on the NHS?

the doctor says yes you can get breast reduction on the nhs if you suffer painful shoulders and neck problems. so i ansewred this question myself.

OMG the lady's above me are soo stupid. go to you're doctors. the only way to get smaller boobs is by getting surgery (which i've gotten twice). It cost me about $500 each time and they really do work.
