Can you get your period while on the minipill and breastfeeding? |
I am 6 mo postpartum. I started spotting a little today. Is this just my period? Do I have to call my doctor? Yes, I got my period exactly 3 months after my 2nd son was born, I was breastfeeding exclusively and on the mini pill. There is nothing wrong. I got my period 3 months after I had my baby and I was breatfeeding. Usually you don't have a period while breastfeeding, but everyone is different. If you are concerned, call your Ob/Gyn. you dont normally get your period while brestfeeding but everyone is different. if you are concerned in any way go and see a gp or even a nurse. I think you are normal though. dont worry. probably just your period |
