Is using a Sauna suit safe for someone who is breastfeeding? |
I want to use it while working out I would check with the MD that delivered your child... You would be wasting your time and your money if you bought a sauna suit. It is only recommended for fighters who need to make weight for fight. There are much more sensible things you can do without putting yourself at risk to only drop water weight which always comes back. |
