Where can I find a list of food/drinks that you shouldn't have while breastfeeding?

Is there anything I should make sure to eat extra of?

http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mo...

in general, you can eat anything you would normally eat unless your baby has a reaction. one baby might react to dairy and be fine with broccoli. another baby might react to broccoli but be fine with dairy. most babies won't have a problem with anything.
