Breasts feel different after 2 week of breastfeeding?

I have been breast feeding for 2 weeks now and at first my boobs were really hard and a little bigger, but now they are back to their normal size and not hard anymore? Im still getting milk. But is this normal?

yep! Totally normal. They had to regulate according to your little one's appetite. It takes 2-4 weeks. Congratulations and keep breastfeeding!

yes that's normal, and good.
When your milk first comes in you get engorgement, basically your body hasn't regulated how much baby needs yet so it just makes ALOT, after a few weeks your breasts will figure out the supply and demand and the engorgement goes away.
This is a GOOD thing, you would not want to have engorgement forever, it would be very uncomfortable, this is a sign that your body is adjusting well to breastfeeding and to your baby's individual needs.
good job mama!

There is no problem there.

"Breasts do not have to feel full to produce plenty of milk. It is normal that a breastfeeding woman's breasts feel less full as her body adjusts to her baby's milk intake. This can happen suddenly and may occur as early as two weeks after birth or even earlier. The breast is never "empty" and also produces milk as the baby nurses."

very normal. in the first 2 weeks, your body makes a lot of milk then it learns how much your baby needs and adjusts accordingly. now you're just making the amount the baby needs, not extra.

i was bummed when mine went down, too! hehe i miss then they were huge!

Yes, it's normal! I never got engorged much at all. So my boobs were back to their normal size a day after I got my milk! I loved it! Good luck with breastfeeding!

my boobs aren't in their real size yet.my son is 10 months and my cup size is larger than before
