I have terrible upper to middle back pain while breastfeeding? |
Any advice for pain relief. I'm taking pain meds and using heat but they don't even reduce the pain It's probably a posture issue. Make sure your baby is well-supported whey you're nursing, and don't be afraid to use multiple pillows and props to get more comfortable. A prop under your feet might help, too. you're probably holding your baby wrong. make sure you are bringing baby to breast, not the other way around. have you tried a boppy? those are AWESOME. try a different hold, too. Put pillows behind your back , change the position your sitting in, make sure you have a comfortable chair |
