What antihistamines, if any, can I take whilst breastfeeding? |
Absolutely dying from hayfever, please help! Your doctor should be the only one answering this question. contact your pediatrician or OB/GYN... they can tell you specifically what to and not to take Antihistamines can deplete or stop your milk from producing. Call up your local La Leche League and ask them for advice, or a nurse line. i don't really know but if you call your pharmasist he could tell you sorry i wasn't more help You do not need antihistamines. You may use steroid nose sprays, as well as decongestant sprays and tablets. Steroid nose sprays are perfectly safe and recommended if you are worried. http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~aair/h... I'd say none but check with your doc, there may be an alternitive homeopathic remedy you might be able to take. good luck with the baba x |
