Know a easy way to lose weight while breastfeeding?

My son is 6 months old and breastfeeding, so I can't do andything that will hinder my supply. I seem to be ballooning up though, and I'd like to know if there is a safe easy way to lose weight.

Having had 2 children myself I understand your want to lose the baby weight but, while you're breastfeeding, the most important thing is making sure your baby gets all the nutrition he needs and that comes from you eating a very healthy balanced diet. I would wait until he's no longer breastfeeding and then concentrate on losing the extra pounds.
You don't need to be eating as much as when you were pregnant, your baby is probably old enough to start pablum and soon after pablum & canned fruit for babies. You should still breastfeed though because that is one way to lose weight all in itself.
Excersise, it is not true that it will lower you supply nor "spoil" it like some people used to think!
I don't know any easy way; but breastfeeding itself has to burn some calories. it would help you a great deal if you eat a lot of low calorie foods - little carbs, healthy fat and a lot of veges. Nothing prevents you from exercising, which is a very effective way of keeping in shape.
