What would happen if I took 2 prenatal pills a day instead of the prescribed one? (Not Prego/breastfeeding)?

I just want my hair to look as good as it did when I was taking them. Can anything happen if I take more than one a day?

Your body will only absorb the amount it needs, anything extra
will be flushed out of your body, so you would be just waisting
money taking 2. Why over due it?
i dont think it would be very good for your liver or kidneys, as far as i know they prescribe the recommended doses for a reason and you dont want to over do it with any medicine or vitamins. ask a doctor or pharmacist at least
I accidently took my wifes, instead of my vitamin, I was racing around all day like a nut that could'nt burn off "Air Speed", that stuff is LOADED with "B"- complex vitamins ( gives energy)
If you just want your nails and hair to look great, try Gelatin capsules instead. They work really great, but you have to take them for at least 3 months to see the improvement, and you have to keep taking them.
take folick (not sure if this is the right spelling but you can ask your pharmacist s and they will tell you )pills for your hair and just take one vitamin a day since you are breastfeeding it wouldn't be wise taking above the dosage
