Talk to your OBGYN they have special progestin only pills for nursing mothers. I'm on them now.
yes, it can decrease milk production, so wait until you have a well established supply and a good nursing relationship
When I was breastfeeding my son, my OB recommended that we use an alternate method like condoms or a diaphram.
