Has anyone taken Prometrium to start there cycle while Breastfeeding?

It took 7 years for us to get pregnant with our first child and I am anxious to start ttc again however I am beastfeeding and haven't started my cycle yet. I have cut back(BF) drastically to try to start cycle but so far no luck. I know prometrium can help you to start but I would like to hear from anyone who has done this.

I have known women who used prometrium and it worked very well to get their cycles restarted. I have had a lot of fertility issues so I understand where you are coming from. Luckily, my first cycle back from breastfeeding after years of infertility was a good one and I was able to conceive right away. I know a number of other women for whom that was true as well. So I will keep my fingers crossed that you have an easy time conceiving #2 as well! Sometimes pregnancy and then time off with breastfeeding will give your body a break and it will start over much healthier. Good luck!!
The prometrium will give you a withdrawl bleed, but it won't make you ovulate. And of course, no ovulation=no pregnancy..
