Can we get cervical cancer if we never had sex before?

Most definately....HPV that can be sexually transmitted is only one known thing that MAY contribute to cancer....there are many things that contribute to cancer including genetics....you can get cancer of any sort without smoking, having sex, being exposed to chemicals etc....cancer is really not picky about who it hurts.

If you have an open wound on your vagina (hoping you don't) and it comes into contact with body fluids from another person with the virus, on a toilet maybe, then you can get the virus, possibly leading to cancer. See a gyno for a PAP test regularly, and protect yourself when you do have sex. Try the Gardisil vaccine. I'm 21, I've had 5 sex partners, and I've still never gotten the disease, but ALL women are deathly afraid of it.
