What are the chances that I have cervical cancer? |
My boyfriend and I were both virgins when we first had sex and we've only had it two other times. The last time was three months ago. He has no diseases at all. My period is supposed to be within the next five days days but I've had minor pelvic pain and back pain. Could be period aches as I always get them this early. I'm a hypochondriac so I naturally think something is wrong with me. I don't think I can give you specific odds as I don't think there are statistics specific to your case. However, I think it is unlikely. You are correct that your chances of having cervical cancer are extremely small. It is caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV) and girls can be vaccinated against this BEFORE first sexual activity. |
