Stage 4 cervical cancer? |
I just found out my cousin has stage 4 cervical cancer and I'm really worried about her.. Does anyone know anything about that stage? What are her chances? Any information is helpful thanks! I've been researching and from what I've found it doesn't look to good so I'm just trying to get everyone's opinion and experiences... The best thing you can do for her is to be supportive and help her stay positive. Her emotional health will influence her physical health, and therefore she needs positive influences around her. A lot of times, people tend to avoid those who are very sick, because they're afraid and don't know what to do. Don't do that. Spend time with her (unless she tells you she wants to be alone! :P)--that's the most important thing you can do. If she's not nearby, call her and send her cards and letters. Just make her feel as loved as you can. :) Stage 4 cancer does not sound good as most people cannot regain their health when cancer is that far advanced. My wife had stage 4 cancer but fortunately for her she knew what to do about it. Go and read my website and find out what your friend can do. It's not easy but it is possible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJMfrV43k... stage 4 is not good. |
