Is cervical cancer usually a fast or slow growing cancer? not all cancers are slow growing. Cervical cancer tends to grow slowly though. It all depends where the cancer is, inside the cervix or outside, a family member had cervical cancer which was around the outside of the cervix, and she was told it grows faster on the outside.Anyway all is well, they did surgery and were able to remove it.
