Pros and cons of cervical cancer vaccine.?

i have been recently proposed to get the vaccination. i have two months to think about it and i would like you to give me some pros, but mostly cons on this vaccine.
thanks in advance.

its not about the needles, its about the long term risk we really dont know about.

The HPV virus is rampant among young people. If you have sex with more than 1 partner who has had sex with someone else, you will likely be exposed to some variant of HPV. Many strains of HPV cause cancer. The vaccine protects against many strains of HPV. Getting the vaccine can keep you from getting cervical cancer.

Why would you NOT want it? Afraid of a needle? Not a very good reason. Talk to someone who has cervical cancer. Or any cancer. One or two needle sticks last about 15 seconds. Cancer treatment goes on for MONTHS.

Do the math.

Basically it is an unproven drug that at best may "protect you" from 40-60% of cervical cancer strains. It is illegal for drug companies to run large enough studies to truely gage what good or bad effects will happen once a drug or vaccine is released for use to the entire public. They "monitor" cases that arise following release. Also remember that once a state "approves" a vaccine for a group of people and they officially reccomend it to their public, any injury or death claim is then paid out of a tax payor funded vaccine injury fund...not the pharmceutical company that profitted off of your misfortune.
What strain affects you who knows...and as the CDC proves every year...they can't even decide which flu viruses will hit us each flu season...and they work for an entire year to come up with a plan each year...and don't get it right.

Also, most vaccines need booster shots to be effective, as most vaccines only work for a short period of time. My thoughts are that even the chicken pox vaccine needs booster shots like evey 7 years...who would know when you would need the next "round" of cervical cancer booster vaccines????

I'm sure pharmaceutical companies sit around and work out the best next way to cash in on the ignorance of our societies. They fund "studies" for example to spit out huge statistics like "60% of US citizens don't get enough sleep", and within a month we begin to see sleeping pill commercials.

Even the WHO (world health organization), has stated that proper nutrition would eliminate the majority of all disease...but americans would rather pump pills into their bodies (or shots) and not have to change their lifestyle habits.

its expensive
