When you had a HPV cervical cancer vaccination at school or your local GP, what happened after your jab?

Did it hurt have you got this pain in your left or right arm, because I had a jab this morning and my arm is still painful where they injected me. Is it normal am I the only one?

To answer zareena w's question about not having this jab 5 years ago, this HPV vaccine is new because I think it was revealed once Jade Goody's news that she has cervical cancer and some percent of women around the world.

But this vaccination/jab is recommended for 12-13 year olds and 17 and maybe 18 year olds on September 2008.
For younger girls it may differ from getting this injection in the year(s)2009/10, 2010/11 and up until 2011/12.

Here is the timetable of when you can have this jab
Remember to get this jab differs if you were born between the dates noted on the timetable:

Yes that's normal, this vaccine is generally tolerated very well. The common Minor side effects reported are; Pain, swelling, itching, and redness at the injection site, fever, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and fainting. These are all minor side effects that will subside

No -one should be having this jab. You have made a possibly fatal mistake.

In May 2007 it was reported that over 1,600 adverse reactions including three deaths had been linked to Gardasil, Mereck's new vaccine for Human Papilloma Virus or HPV. It appears these reactions and deaths are steadily rising. A review by the National Vaccine Information Center revealed the following statistics about this vaccine. 2,207 adverse reactions to Gardasil have been reported. Among them:

5 girls dead
31 were considered life-threatening
1,385 required a visit to the emergency room
451 girls have not recovered as of July 2007
51 of the girls were disabled

They were led to conclude that 'Gardasil may be more dangerous than the public have been led to believe.'

If you promote this vaccine and someone you encouraged to have it dies, how will you feel?

Some women have died because of this. Please research what you get put into your body.

A lot of people have pain where the injection site is.

I got my second round two weeks ago- I had a bad pain like a bruise there which has gradually disappeared, but it did hurt for about a week.

It hurt a lot, and I got faint.

75% of women who get the injection have pain in their arm where they recieve it for a day or 2

no no whenever you have a vaccination against anything, your arm may be a bit sore. It's nothing to worry about

Are you marketing this jab or something because you're pushing a hell of a lot of information about it at us!!!
