Cervical Cancer Jab Help Needed!? |
Great. Because it's aimed at year 8's I might be having it in school and I am 100% terrified of injections and I think I might end up showing myself up so what can I do to stop myself from worrying and getting freaked out when I see the needle? The only thing you need to say to yourself is that the minuscule prick of a needle is better than the pain and sheer misery of cervical cancer. you're lucky you're getting it! i'm in year 11 and from what i can gather it's just years 8s getting it and others have to go to the doctors? i might be wrong, but anyway... don't look at the needle and remember it's completely worth it because who wants cervical cancer?! 1. Take deep breaths you can look completely the other way Getting the jab itself doesn't hurt at all. Relax take deep breaths and breath out slowly |
