Info on cervical cancer jab?

even if you are not in year 8, your older, can u still have the jab? where do u av it (eg.doctors) nd how much would it cost?

I had it done privately, first injection when i was 25 and two others, just finished the course now im 26 and fully protected. In the uk they will only give HPV vaccination free for 11-12 year olds after that you have to go private. I paid 拢450 in total for private and found it online, the clinic was local with a local qualified doctor. I'm from the north east of england.

The jab is free for children, and yes older girls can have the jab because I am 17 and I had the jab today. You can have it either at school (if you still attend), have it at your local GP (doctors) or at a clinic.
but the jab is still recommended for girls up to the age of 17/18

You can still have it, I've had my first two rounds of Gardasil (just had the second last week) and I'm 27. Where I live (Vic, Aust.), it's free for anyone under 28, but after that it's something like $400!
Don't know how it works elsewhere, but you can probably find out, and also where you can get it, on your local council/government's website.

you can have it at ur nearest hospital and it shud be free or next to nothing. and you can have it any age 11+
