How many times do you have to take a cervical cancer shot? |
Iam getting my second shot in two days and im not too happy so please help me!! I personally would never let anyone inject that poison into me or my daughters. At least 20 women have died after getting Gardasil. It not only doesn't protect against most types of hpv, (only 4 strains) it is also suspected in causing some cancers. It was pushed through way too fast and long term side effects are not yet known. Did you know that doctors who give the injections get a cash bonus from the drug maker? I just don't think enough is known about it to know that it is safe in the long run There is a "doctor" and a "nurse" out here who love to sing the praises of it, and if they really are who they say they are I am so glad they are not my health care professionals. Google "deaths from gardasil" or " complications from gardasil" and you will be amazed at the information you get. And for the people who say it protects you from cervical cancer, never does it claim to do anything of the sort. If you watch the comercials and read the pamphlets it says it "may protect you from some types of hpv". Then again if you look at the research it also may kill you. Three within a year You can check http://www.cancerssociety.org/ for detail info You need three doses - get them all. Its very important it could save your life. If you don't like needles then think of how many the would have to stick in you if you did get cervical cancer. Sometimes they have to remove affected cells from your cervix either by freezing with liquid nitrogen or burning with a laser - and that's only if you have precancerous cells, they could have to do chemo, radiotherapy or surgically remove your uterus and cervix if you had cancer. You have to get three shots...I can't quite remember the amount of time between each, but I'm sure your doctor will know. |
