What are some of the first signs of cervical cancer

Abnormal pap smears or a suspicious mass on the cervix.

I dont think that there are any signs. I think that you should have a pap smear and usually an abnormal smear will be the best guide.
Signs can be silent. Best way is to get a pap smear done by your gynecologist and go from there.
Heavy bleeding during your period, that lasted for 2 weeks at a time, That was my first sign, then my doctor gave me a pap test.
yeah there is heavy bleeding going on there i should know my friend has cervical cancer i was lucky to spend time with her up until July of this year. To make sure you should go and get pap smear test done.
Bleeding Per vaginum. contant discharge, pain during intercourse, pain in pelvis bladder and bowel disturbance, blood in urine and stool. but all above generally point to stage2 disease or above.

Regular screening with papa smear is recommended
