Can you have cervical cancer if your under 17?

Can you have cervical cancer if your under 17?

yes - but it is very unllikely

just don't have sex with the dirty boys :)

Cervical cancer is related to human papillomavirus (HPV) - a wart virus. The vaginal form is sexually transmitted so contrary to other people's information sex does in fact have a LOT to do with cervical cancer. If you have never had sex before you should not get HPV and therefore should not get cervical cancer.

Abstain or get regular pap smears to prevent/detect HPV infection. Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/human_papil...
