Can a woman develop cervical cancer without ever having sex?

I've been told that cervical cancer is genetic, but everything I've seen says that it mostly develops because of sexually transmitted forms of HPV. Help me out here...

Cervical Cancer Risk Factors:
The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the main cause of the cancer, and around 15 high-risk types have been identified in all.

here are some other factors:
Giving birth to many children.

Having many sexual partners.

Having first sexual intercourse at a young age.

Smoking cigarettes.

Oral contraceptive use ("the Pill").

Weakened immune system
I am pretty sure yes, in some states they are having shots for it for kids as young as 12 or something, so I am pretty sure yea.
It's caused by both things.

But the genetic form doesn't usually cause the cancer in childhood. That's why they don't start checking you at the OB until you're sexually active or 18 years old, whichever comes first.
Yes you cna get cervical cancer without sex. HPV is one of the ways to get cervical cancer but not the only one.
