Can I get the Cervical Cancer vaccine Gardasil if I am 26 years old and have had sex already?

Gardasil is to protect against HPV (a STD that could lead to cervical cancer)... u have 2 have a pap smear 2 make sure u don't have HPV already
GARDASIL is for girls and women ages 9 to 26. GARDASIL works when given before you have any contact with HPV Types 6, 11, 16, and 18.

If you've already been infected with HPV, you may still benefit from GARDASIL because it is unlikely that you have been infected with all 4 types of the virus covered by the vaccine. Your doctor or healthcare professional can help you understand more.

You will have to be tested for HPV first. If you've already had it, then you cant get the shot. You can be NO OLDER than 26 to get it.
Check with your doctor, but I'm pretty sure you can.
