My mom just got diagnosed with cervical cancer at 43. anyone have any info on this type of cancer?

she has had tests done but we don't know the results yet. i am very worried.

I have a co-worker that was diagnosed with a severe form of
cervical cancer even younger than your mom. She's fine, and
can even still have children.

If you're scared about what this means for your mom (or
for yourself) PLEASE talk to your mom's doc, or better
yet, talk to your mom's doc's nurse. Cervical cancer is
NOT necessarily fatal, and in most cases, isn't hereditary.

If there is an older family member (an aunt, maybe?) you
are comfortable with discussing this with, I'd recommend it.
But yes, your wanting more information, and maybe even being
scared about your mom's diagnosis is TOTALLY NORMAL.
Don't let people blow you off when you want information.
if it's caught in time. she will be fine.
Nothing to worry. This is 100% curable if management starts early. Don't loose time by homoeopathy etc. Immediately consult a competent Gynaecologist or Oncologist. The procedures are very simple.
