The most common symptoms of cervical cancer would be pain and cervical bleeding with intercourse. The most common sign would be visualization of abnormal cervical tissue after colposcopy. when you have your yearly pap smear (oh what fun) your doctor will check. I'm not sure there are early warning signs or anything
the most common sign is nothing which is why you need to get PAP smears as recomended by your doctor
