Nurse Annie! Can HPV cause cervical cancer or other serious complications if passed on to a female.? |
I have HPV and am concerned that I may cause her harm if she happens to contract this from me. My doctor told me that she is not at risk, but I am still concerned. Too many people have told me otherwise. YES IT CAN! I have HPV and due to the HPV I have already had to have precancerous cells removed. I suggest going to webmd and giving it a good read. I learned a lot about HPV. There are certain strands of it (yes there are MANY different kinds) that are known for causing cervical and uterine cancer. yeah she is at risk. your doctor is a liar. Maybe your doctor thinks she is already infected, in which case there may be no further risk, but there are many strains of hpv and having one strain may not prevent one from aquiring a different strain. Actually, we don't know alot about many details. Off the record, and speaking man to man, I would say, if you aren't married to this woman, why are you committing the sin of fornication? Are you just a reprobate who doesn't fear God and his coming judgment for your actions? If you are married in the eyes of God to this woman, then I guess she has accepted you for better or for worse, and that is that, come what may. You reap what you sow, and you may have future repercussions from your past sin, and your wife as well. The important thing, is to get right with God from this point forward, and stop screwing around. I am a physician, as well as a christian. |
