I really need answers about cervical cancer?

I know that people have had cervical cancer and never had an abnormal pap. My question is: How do I bring up the fact that I am suspicous of cervical cancer to my doctor without sounding like a drama queen? I have been experiencing alot of the symptoms associated with cervical cancer, and I have most of the risk factors. I have never had an abnormal pap, but I'm worried that if something is wrong, we're wasting time by waiting for one. Does anyone have any good advice? Has anyone ever been faced with this??

If your paps are normal chances are you don't have cervical cancer, but if you are concerned you should talk to your doctor, you won't look like a drama queen, Doctors have seen, and heard it all... If you have reason to believe that you might have cervical cancer, you NEED to talk to your doctor asap, you could start by saying, ...hey, Cervical Cancer runs in my family, (or explain your risk factors to your doctor), and then go on to explain what symptoms you are having, and just tell your doctor your concerns, you won't look like a drama queen you will look like a woman who is concerned about her health, and that is completly normal, besides, if you are having symptoms/ or something is wrong, and it's not cervical cancer, your doctor can find out what is wrong. And if you do have cervical cancer, it is better to have it treated early because if it's treated early it is one of the most curable cancers. However if you wait the cancer spreads to your uterus, and ovaries, and then they ussally have to do a histroectomy, so any time you feel you have reason to be concerned it is better to just talk to your doctor rather than waiting.
You say that you are experiencing the symptoms of cervical cancer (although I don't know what those are) and that you have most risk factors. Why not go to your doctor and say, "I'm experiencing this symptom, and this one, and this one, etc and I feel that I am at risk for cervical cancer because of whatever." Your doctor can then best address your concerns and you won't look like a 'drama queen.'
What symptoms have you experienced? They could be a sign of something else.
