Does the new vaccine that prevents cervical cancer require you to be a vergin?


my friend was raped n she doesn't think she can still get it

First, she should talk to her doctor. I assume she has already been following the rape, but if not, she must go immediately! She could have any number of issues including STDs and pregnancy.

Second, you do not have to be a virgin. It will be effective as long as she has not already been infected with the virus.
