Can a women with cervical cancer give birth?

ACTIVE cervical cancer would be watched until such time as the baby was delivered (probably via C-section), and then it would be aggressively treated.

If you're asking if someone who has HAD cervical cancer and has since been treated, the answer is yes...she can still get pregnant and give birth...provided none of her organs were damaged during treatment.
