How much does a chiropractic adjustment cost? Out of pocket? because I don't have any health insurance.?

I visited chiropractors for several years. The current price I would be paying (if I still went) is $55/visit. This is about as cheap as it comes in the moderately expensive urban area I'm in.

It's $40 in the more rural area where my parents live. I also have a friend who pays $120, but he receives some physical therapy and other special attention. The price probably ranges from $35 to $150 depending on where you live and exactly what services you want (a simple adjustment should be on the cheaper end of that, accupuncture/physical therapy will be on the high end).
